When I don't have a chance to make it to the exercise bike when Kate is napping, we have a dance party after dinner. Kate loves to dance with me a little and we work on flexibility. I also lift weights and do crunches. Lately Kate has wanted to do my floor exercises with me!

So cute!!! I have lost about 8 pounds so far (at last week's weigh in), but we'll see how this week goes. I am hoping that all of the work on the house, as well as the endurance and physicality required to move my whole household will help me drop even more weight. I am already fitting into more of my pre-pregnancy clothes. Yay!
